The location was awful.

We loved this clean hotel with a nice lobby. Everything was good, even so a few employees where a bit lazy. The venue served us an enjoyable breakfast.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Richmond. I loved it, staff and location were nice. The room was huge, with 2 beds. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Nice base for discovering Richmond. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close enough to the mall and the race track.

Unique and reasonably clean hotel, good beds. I visited an attached restaurant and loved the homemade meals they offer.

This place was upgraded and had wonderful location and staff, I loved it. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with microwave and a jacuzzi, as example. Also, a catholic church was 2 miles away from the venue.

meal in the morning was delicious, incredible views and prime location. accommodating personnel, were happy to help. irish bar was superb and reasonably priced.

Everything in this appealing hotel was excellent, we loved it. Fantastic service, fair staff. Had welcoming standard king room with a filthy bathroom, a large bed and a jacuzzi.

I found El Caporal within walking distance of the hotel where I had supper.

Fantastic stay in the nice area. Respectful staff, large bathroom, lovely bed. Our accommodation was set in a central location. The room was reasonably priced. Lots of appetising food for bagged breakfast.

I loved the hotel, it was fabulous and clean. Cozy, cozy room with AC, microwave, double bed. The pool area was good and the location was phenomenal...

The bed was good and the restaurant was reasonably priced and had lots of food. The staff was nice, they showed us what impeccable service is supposed to be like. We loved the inside of the suite, it featured a luxurious decor. Favourable location just a pleasant stroll away from Ridge Baptist Church.

Impeccably clean hotel, uniquely decorated room, the staff were happy to help. We loved the bagged breakfast that was delicious. Our room had a large bed and a magnificent view. Luxurious venue with impeccable customer service.

I had great 1-night stay here! Staff were lovely, so I liked my being there. Central location, it was in a good area. The room I booked was cleaned and available with a jacuzzi, a filthy bathroom, a refrigerator.

It was a fine stay, low cost place. The room was quiet comfortable and the location was very peaceful in the very safe area. I got free upgrade and liked it. Extra comfortable beds and exceptional service.

This was a good stay, good prices. Inexpensive, pretty clean place and secure area. I loved the attached restaurant.

Our room was luxurious, the staff was pleasant. Comfy beds, climate control, microwave and hairdryer in the room. Complimentary breakfast, high quality service. Irish bar and very clean pool. Besides, we parked the car on site. The location was ideal and had incredible views.

Quite rooms, lovely location, incredible breakfast. Bed was spacious and I loved having a private bathroom. Staff was very kind, and the service was top-notch.

The hotel is clean enough, the staff is amiable, and the room is non smoking. Reasonably spacious suite and really comfortable bed. This is a low-budget place to stay in Richmond.

it offers good prices. a comfortable experience and friendly staff. there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like first watch, set within 10 minutes walk or so. we really enjoyed our large room.
